Happy 6 month Birthday Hatcher!
happy 6 months hatcher! we are so thankful that the Lord has blessed us with you and we love you so much! here are pictures recapping these wonderful first 6 months...enjoy!

almost 6 months old!
i am just a couple of days shy of 6 months old and i am having so much fun! 
i have 6 (yes, six!) teeth coming in and i am trying to figure out this crawling thing. I think it is going to take me a little while to get moving, but i am trying to pull my knees up under me. Here is a picture where you can see my top 4 teeth poking through...
i love to go to the park and see the ducks and the fish! here i am with daddy feeding the geese and fish tortillas!
I love to splash in the pool too! i am intrigued by water and also love to help mommy water the flowers. i stick my hand in the sprayer's stream and usually end up getting both of us really wet, but mommy thinks it is fun too! in the pool i splash myself in the face... it startles me for a second and then i do it again and again and again... :)
i am eating a variety of foods too. i have tried peas about 5 times and still don't like them, but i love bananas and sweet potatoes. i'm still trying to decide if i like peaches. mommy mixes them with my rice cereal and i am a pro at eating now. here i am trying peas for the first time...
I have so much fun when my nana keeps me on fridays. mommy finds great pictures like these on her camera that shows her just how much fun we have! here i am with my shorts on my head... (look at my top teeth peeking out in this picture!)
and here i am with my bucket that nana got me on my head...
I've got a great head of hair too! It is filling in very nicely!
My hair is brushed in these pictures, but it is getting long enough again where I get cute bedhead like i did when i was really little and had lots of hair. Mommy thinks it is really cute! she'll have to get some pictures of it sometime and show you guys.
I love to play with my feet and i am really good at sitting up and playing now. i still fall over when i am reaching for something that is too far away from me, but most times i sit up really well without any help. 
I am also sleeping pretty well at night. i don't get up to eat anymore, but sometimes i cry out for my pacifier in the middle of the night. i am an early bird...5am is usually a good time to wake up according to me...i don't know that mommy and daddy agree. I'll have another doctor's appointment in the next few weeks and then we will know how much i weigh. Thanks for stopping by and watching me grow!

Top teeth, babbling, rolling over the other way...
hey guys! alot has been happening over the past month! hatcher had his 4 month check-up (at 4.5 months) and he weighed 16 pounds and 10 ounces and was 26 inches long. He is in the 75th percentile for both height and weight! He kicked off being 5 months old by cutting his first top tooth a day later. The second one has also broken through now...his little gummy smile is being replaced by tiny toothies.
We were part of the baby dedication sevice at church on Mother's Day where we were before our church family and thanked the Lord for little Hatcher and committed to raising him in the Lord. Ben and I pray that the Lord will give us wisdom in raising Hatcher and in teaching him the Bible and that he will understand at a young age that he is not perfect and is in need of Jesus to save him. What a wonderful gift of salvation that is ours through Jesus Christ!!
Nana, Papa and Uncle Paul came to be a part too! Thanks guys! Hatcher loves to play with his feet now too!
He has so much fun in his baths now. He loves to splash (but still hates to get the shampoo rinsed out of his hair.) Nana gives him baths in the kitchen sink, so we took some cute pictures!
We also had All-Star Sunday at church as an outreach. Hatcher dressed up in his finest baseball attire...
This is what he is like most of the time...happy and getting loud! He loves to babble and scream and play!
He is especially loud (usually with laughter which we LOVE!!) when he is playing with daddy...
They have so much fun together!! Ben is such a good daddy!
