hatcher is now 7 months old!
he loves playing and laughing and babbling to his toys!
Just to recap a little bit, we went to St. Louis for Dunk Fest Part Deux with tom, nancy, kate, nate, and mary. here is a picture of me and hatcher at their house. uncle tom and aunt nancy were great hosts and we loved the time we got to spend with them!
Hatcher had fun swimming in the pool and then passed out on Aunt Nancy in the hammock for a nice summer afternoon nap. :)

On the way to STL, we stopped in Metropolis, Illinois and took some pictures with superman. lots of fun!!

hatcher is growing so much and cutting more teeth. He cut his 7th the other day (4 on top, and just cut his 3rd on bottom). he loves to knock down block towers that mommy builds, go strolling, and chew on his hairbrush. he is learning so much every day and it is so cool to watch!
my birthday came around recently so we celebrated the night before by going out to eat with my parents and then going to the new barnes and noble at bridgestreet. it was really nice and nana couldn't resist getting some books for hatcher. then we went home and had cake that my mom had made me...tasty chocolate with cherries. by the way, i got all 29 candles out on one breath! :) 
my birthday fell on a saturday, so ben, hatcher, and i had a great family day. we started off by going to kroger and picking out fresh pastries for breakfast. then we headed over to a park near our house and we played on the playground with hatcher. he loved swinging!
